Tracking legislative and case law developments

A website has been created by leading corporate accountability NGOs to track legislative and case law developments related to the corporate responsibility to respect human rights, with a focus on mandatory human rights due diligence and parent company liability.

The BHRinLaw website is a useful tool to gather information on the state of discussions on corporate responsibility in various countries.
